Next year's King George VI and Queen Elizabeth Stakes (G1) is set for another major prize money boost and will be run for a British record £2.5 million (approx. US$3,361,575), Ascot officials revealed.
The Canterbury Park Hall of Fame Class of 2026 includes Thoroughbred owner and breeder Pete Mattson and former chief veterinarian and Minnesota Racing Commission chair Dr. Camille McArdle.
Fasig-Tipton has cataloged 318 entries for the New York Bred Yearlings Sale, to be held Aug. 16-17 in the Humphrey S. Finney Pavilion in Saratoga Springs, N.Y.
