Agreement Reached on Losing Mount Fees in Oklahoma

After lengthy negotiations, the Jockey's Guild and TRAO have agreed to the terms of a three-year agreement, which include a minimum losing-mount fee of $100, with a fourth-place incentive, and all jockeys will pay the per-mount HISA fee.
